JOB OPPORTUNITIES - Receptionist/Office Administrator

We are hiring a Receptionist/Office Administrator

Location: Cork (head office)

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Managing Reception phone – answer calls in a professional and timely manner, directing them to the correct person or department/taking & passing on messages.
  • Greet clients/customers/visitors upon arrival and connect them with the relevant person.
  • Preparing meeting and meeting rooms.
  • Sorting and distributing mail including deliveries.
  • Assisting colleagues with administrative tasks.
  • Performing ad-hoc administrative duties.
  • Ordering and coordination of Office Supplies/kitchen supplies/stationary/postage.
  • Posting Purchase invoices and other data entry to the accounting system.
  • Reconciling monthly supplier’s statement.
  • Regular and archive filing duties.
  • Organising Promotion staff rosters and promotions materials.
  • Assisting and co-ordinating Media Drop distribution on behalf of clients.

The ideal candidate should have the following:

  • 2 years’ experience preferable.
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Knowledge of Sage an advantage.
  • Hands-on accounting and bookkeeping experience.
  • Experience in a diverse, fast-paced environment.
  • Strong IT skills & ability to learn new business management software systems quickly.
  • Willingness to develop role & take on additional responsibilities.
  • Strong numerical and organisational skills.
  • Good attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal, written and interpersonal).

Cheerful, courteous, responsible, and honest.

 

Permanent Position

Monday to Friday: 9am to 5.30pm

Starting Salary: €27K

Full training will be provided
