Virtual & Hybrid Events

In light of Covid-19, there has been a huge shift towards more virtual and hybrid events.  With that, our 30 years of event experience in both the physical and online events industry is what you need in the new now!

We work with our virtual event studio partners to devise, manage, and deliver on controlled virtual and hybrid events of all shapes and sizes, that can be pre-recorded or live streamed.  The options are endless, including professional Zoom/Teams/Google calls and talking heads with professional videography and imagery, panel/fireside chats, seminars, conferences and awards. These events can include; pieces to camera with professional graphics, virtual 3D studios (with video/branding/lighting/computer animation) and much more. There can be an in-ear speaker for the presenter/MC and/or a chat monitor or you can have an off-screen moderator for chats. It’s basically a huge virtual background, with single or multiple cameras. Whatever you want! In short, it’s like TV production!

We recently used Hopkins Communications for a major European Product Launch. The primary success factor for this activity was to create as much noise as we could via social marketing by getting the 250 employees on site and stakeholders around Europe to tweet, post and update. The results we have seen have been incredible and this is largely down to the plan, theme and event created by the team at Hopkins Communications.
