Event Management

Event Management (noun)

is an activity that involves an exceptional level of coordination and planning. Our event management team has you covered from small to large-scale events, seminars, conferences, venue or product launches and much more. Ideally carried out by a highly organised, enthusiastic team with a flair for hosting a soiree to remember. And a nose for a good party.*

We’re kind of a big deal, because…

Specialists in planning, organising and managing every aspect involved in creating an unforgettable event, the Hopkins Communications event management team have maintained a reputation for excellence in this field for the past three decades. With an extensive list of national contacts in the hospitality and entertainment industries, we have direct links to some of the country’s most well-established suppliers and personalities. In a nutshell, we are the people in the know who know the people to know. Still with us? Great.

Whether you’re looking for help planning the launch event to end all launch events or have been tasked with coordinating a major conference or high-profile seminar, we can work with you to create a tailored plan to suit your vision and cater to your specific needs. When requested, we also liaise on our clients’ behalf to set up media or corporate sponsorships and partnerships that are mutually beneficial and take each event to another level. We’re sound like that.

That’s what he said!

We recently used Hopkins Communications for a major European Product Launch. The primary success factor for this activity was to create as much noise as we could via social marketing by getting the 250 employees on site and stakeholders around Europe to tweet, post and update. The results we have seen have been incredible and this is largely down to the plan, theme and event created by the team at Hopkins Communications. We will certainly continue to work with them and look forward to our next campaign.
